1. The Agreement
By registering, all members agree to bide by the terms of this legal document. You must provide accurate information while registering.You must keep your username and password private. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to members who breach the terms of this agreement.
2. Membership
There are two types of membership; free & full. Free membership allows you to use all areas of the site except contact other members. Full membership also allows this.
3. Privacy
Neither Timeshare Reunited nor our credit card payment company Worldpay will ever pass your personal details to any third party. Your resort information is open to all our members, as this appears on the site. No-one will be given your email address. When someone contacts you, we pass their message on, ensuring your privacy.
4. Your Notes
Members will not place the following in their notes.
- email addresses
- postal addresses
- telephone numbers
- website addresses
- any form of advertising
- abusive or defamatory language
- copyrighted material
- illegal content
We are not responsible for content our members place on the site, but we will remove unapproved content as appropriate. If you find any above content, please let us know immediately so we can remove it.
5. Site Description
We reserve the right to modify or remove any part of the site. The site may from time to time be temporarily removed from the internet due to technical reasons. This will be resolved promptly.
6. Charges
Free membership is free. Full membership costs £5 or €7.20 per year. On acceptance of your payment, you have full access to all of the site's features. As this is a service, you cannot cancel your full membership once paid for. Your statutory rights still apply.
7. Disclaimer
We have neither control of nor responsibility for the accuracy of the content placed on the site by our members or the content of any sites linking to timesharereunited.com. Use of the site is at your own risk.
8. Copyright
All content of the site, including members notes, is the property of Timeshare Reunited. Copying, distributing or showing in public of any of the site's content is forbidden without permission.
